Iran Canoeing-Rowing & Sailing Federation (ICRSF) holds new national preparation camp in Tehran.
Iran NPC, Tehran: ICRSF is running preparation camp for Iran's Para Canoers ahead
of World Championships.
A total
of four Para athletes, under the lead of coach Ahmadreza Talebian, are
following their training sessions until May 5, 2024, at Tehran’s of Azadi Lake.
The team
roster includes Masood Gheisari, Saeid Hosseinpour and Eslam Jahedi in Men’s
division and also, Shahla Behrouzirad in Women’s division, as ICRSF reports.
Staged by Iran Canoeing-Rowing &
Sailing Federation (ICRSF) in partnership with Iran NPC, the camp has designed
to prepare team for the upcoming events, including World Championships and 2024
Paris Summer Paralympics.
The 2024 ICF Para Canoe World
Championships, will be held from May 9 to 11 and four athletes from each medal
event will claim Paralympic berths at the 2024 Worlds in Szeged, Hungary.
