In the competition took place at Rio’s Olympic Stadium, the London Paralympic gold medallist seized the bronze medal with a time of 3:56.24.
USA’s Michael Brannigan won the gold, having clocked 3:51.73.
Silver medal went to Polish Daniel Pek with a time of 3:56.17.
The Iranian delegation has won three gold medals, five silver medals and one bronze so far.
Iran has participated at the 2016 Summer Paralympics with 111 athletes in 12 sports.
The Iranian delegation finished in 11th place in the previous edition, winning 10 gold medals, seven silvers and seven bronze medals.
