The Iranian team has been pitted against host Canada, Brazil, Australia, Turkey and Italy in Pool A.
Pool B features France, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, South Africa and the United States.
A total of 42 games will be played over eight days of competition as the top junior male wheelchair basketball athletes in the world represent 12 nations and vie for the title of world champion.
Preliminary round competition will run from June 8-12, with the playoff round beginning on June 14. The bronze and gold medal games will both take place on June 16.
Over 400 athletes, coaches, officials, delegates, and volunteers will attend the event.
The International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) is the international governing body responsible for wheelchair basketball. It is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide opportunities for persons with a disability to play the game of wheelchair basketball.
