He finished in third place, throwing 11.47 in the men’s shot put F54.
Bulgaria’s Ruzhdi Ruzhdi produced the stand-out performance in the field events by winning the gold with a world record throw of 12.47 meters.
Poland’s Lech Stoltman came away with a silver medal with a season’s best 11.37m.
Iranian para athletes had already won one gold, six silver and three bronze medals in the competition.
The World Para Athletics Championships will run through July 23 in London.
More than 1,150 athletes from 90 countries are competing in 202 medal events.
