With less than 100 days
out from Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, NPC Iran conducted medical examinations and
cardiovascular evaluations on the first group of Tokyo 2020 Paralympic delegation.
These examinations were implemented in Medical Sport Center of I.R. Iran
National Olympic Academy.

Iran National Paralympic Academy president stated: "We took another step in the
Paralympian's Monitoring Program today. During the recent two years, we
assessed athletes' mental and physical abilities, and also offered telemedicine
services including covid-19 preventive measures to our Paralympians. We have
also carried out periodical musculoskeletal and body composition examinations
up until now", He also added: "With regard to the outbreak of
Covid-19 and the large number of athletes, the examinations were conducted in
different sessions."
