Iran's Men and Women National Para Taekwondo teams takes part in the 2022 World Grand-Prix Final (G10) starting from December 8-10 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

part in the 2022 World Para Taekwondo Grand-Prix Final (G10) starting
from December 8-10 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The squads assembled in Riyadh to improve
their players ranking in the competitions. As the Grand Prix is the ranking event
for the Paralympics. The athletes moving up to the sixth rank will directly
qualify for the Paris 2024.
Iran’s Women squad:
Maryam Abdollahpour (under 47 kg), Roza
Ebrahimi (under 57 kg) and Rayeheh Shahab (under 65 kg)
The Women’s squad will be led at the 2022
World Taekwondo Grand Prix Finals of the season by head coach Atefeh Keshavarz
and coach Zahra Hosseini.
Iran’s Men squad:
Saeid Sadeghianpour (under 63 kg),
Alireza Bakht (under 80 kg) and Hamed Haghshenas (over 80 kg)
Men’s team will be led at the event by head coach Morteza Soltani,
and he will be joined by coach Ali Karimi Saber.
The Green Halls Riyadh plays host to the
Grand Prix event.
The event will run alongside the World
Taekwondo Gala Awards on December 10, where athletes, coaches, member
associations and referees are due to be honoured.
