IR Iran Sports Federation for the Blind and Visually impaired (IRISFB) starts the new round of Hangzhou camps for Judo national team in Babolsar, Mazandaran.
NPC Iran- IRISFB has been called eight judoka
with vision impairments (VI) to attend in the 16th preparatory camp of Hangzhou
Asian Para Games at Babolsar’s Shahid Azimi Sport complex from April 7, 2023.
The camp is organised by the IRISFB
in association with the NPC Iran to give the athletes the opportunity of improving
their skill under supervision of head coach Mohamadreza Haji Yousefzadeh, who
is assisted by the coaches Farhad Maabi and Mohsen Zakaria until April 17th.
The athletes who are invited:
Ali Navaei, Seyed Meisam Banitaba, Vahid
Nouri, Mahdi Borchlou, Vahid Jeddi, Saeid Kouhkan, Mousa Gholami, Omid Jafari
The camp aims at the following
preparations of the Iranian para athletes for attending in the IBSA Judo Asian
Championships and Hangzhou APG.
The 2023 IBSA Judo Asian
Championships will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan from 28-30 April.
Iranian men’s judo squad grabbed two
gold, two silver and three bronze medals in the 3rd edition of the Asian Para
Games.
