Persons with Disabilities plans to stage the thirteenth national para
powerlifting training camp for Men’s squad in Markazi, Iran.
From 28 April to 18 May, eleven para
powerlifters will start new round of their trainings at the IRISFD’s Siamand
Rahman campus to resume their preparation for upcoming events such as Hangzhou
Asian Para Games.
During the twenty-day activity, the
athletes will follow the training program, mentored by Iranian head coach
Hossein Tavakoli, the former Olympic champion, and coach Ahmad Molla Hosseini.

camp:
Rouhollah Rostami, Seyed Hamed
Solhipour, Nader Moradi, Mohsen Bakhtiar, Saman Razi, Seyed Yousef Yousefi,
Ahmad Aminzadeh, Amir Jafari, Mahdi Sayadi, Aliakbar Gharibshahi, Ali Seifi.
Iran won four gold, four silver and
two bronze medals in men’s powerlifting at the 2018 Asian Para Games.
The training camp will be supported
by the NPC Iran.
