NPC IRAN- The seventeen round of sitting volleyball training and selection
camp for female players has been launched in Hamedan, today (6 May), as IRISFD
reports.
The 7-day camp has been organized by
Iran Sports Federation for the Persons with Disabilities with NPC’s cooperation
to prepare athletes for upcoming Asian Para Games and it is led by head coach Leila
Berianian and coach Tahereh Sadeghian.
The camp will provide an opportunity
for on-court practices and training as Iran’s Women Sitting Volleyball moves
towards making selections for the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
The players at the camp:
Masoumeh Zarei, Fatemeh Jahani, Zahra
Lotfi, Masoumeh Shajarati, Hadis Rezaei, Zahra Danaei, Zahra Nejati Aref,
Batoul Khalilzadeh, Fatemeh Abbasi, Tayebeh Jafari, Sakineh Ghoreisheikhah,
Farzaneh Heidari, Mehri Fallahi, Maryam Nazeri, Maryam Kalhori
Iran's women sitting volleyball team finished in second place
at the 2018 Asian Para Games.
The fourth Asian Para Games are
scheduled to take place between 22 and 28 October in Hangzhou, China.
