Iran's Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Hamid Sajadi met with Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) president Majid Rashed in Tehran today on Monday (29 May).
NPC IRAN- In the meeting held in the ministry’s headquarters, Sajadi appreciated the Asian Paralympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee for their sincere efforts to improve the quality of Para Sports in the country and region.
The Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs said:
"It would be an honour to meet you and your team again in Tehran, since the last year. I have recognised your valuable insight within our first meeting.
We are interested in the development of Para Sports across the country and try to continue the path of success. Athletes with disabilities are always inspiring to the sports family and society.
We hope great improvement for the movement."
Concluding the meeting, Dr. Sajadi honored APC Board members' attendance in Tehran and mentioned Iran's readiness for future cooperation.
