Iran's para swimmers make waves in the Manchester Aquatics Centre from today.
Iran NPC, Tehran- Three Iranian para swimmers, including Shahin Izadyar, Sina Zeyghaminejad and Mohammadhossein Karimi Jahan Abadi, are to make
splash at the 2023 World Championships in the Manchester Aquatics Centre from 31 July.

Para Swimmers will represent Iran through their performance during the seven days of competitions in different events and classes, as below:

The 2023 Allianz Para Swimming World Championships take place from 31 July to 6 August at the Manchester Aquatics Centre. This will be the 11th edition of the World Championships and it marks the second time Allianz joins the event as title sponsor, following a successful partnership at London 2019.
A total of 548 swimmers from 67 nations compete in Manchester. It is also the third time the competition is being held in Great Britain following Glasgow 2015 and London 2019.
