Set Your Time! Team Iran's Overall Schedule at Dubai 2023 para powerlifting World Championships
Iran NPC, Tehran: According to WPPO’s schedule, Iranian senior para
powerlifters will commence their official attempts on Dubai world stage from August 24th.
This is the first presence of Iranian
female para powerlifters at the World Championships. Nikoo Roozbahani, in Women's over 86 kg, will also be the first country’s representative who competes at Dubai 2023 on Thursday
evening (24 Aug).
On the road to Paris 2024, a total of 11 Para Powerlifters (including
nine men and two women) are representing Team Iran at the events.

The 2023 Para Powerlifting World
Championships, which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 22 to 30
August. The event is a compulsory tournament to qualify for the 2024 Summer
Paralympics in Paris.
