Iranian Men’s Goalball players are to resume their national trainings from 10 September.
Iran NPC, Tehran: The 23rd round of goalball week-long camp will bring together the nine
best players from across the country with aim of preparing men’s national team
for Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
Training sessions are devised by the national technical staff
including head coach Bahman Doustivala and coaches Afshin Zand Karimi and
Mohammad Karam Koulivand at Tehran’s Shahid Harandi Sport Complex.
The camp– which will be held form September 10 to 17, 2023-
has been staged by Iran Sports Federation for the Persons with Vision
Impairments and NPC support.
The Squad’s List:
Mohamad Parnia, Mostafa Shahbazi, Hasan Jafari, Mahdi Abbasi,
Mohsen Abdolmaleki, Mohamad Mahdi Zarehei, Khalil Shahriarnasab, Milad Soori,
Nematollah Sarafraz.
Iranian men’s squad won the title at
the 2018 Asian Para Games.
The Fourth Asian Para Games will take place from
October 22 to 28 this year.
