President Karegary paid a visit to the national preparatory camp of Para Table Tennis, today (Sep 13).
Iran NPC, Tehran: With focus firmly on preparation process of Team Iran for upcoming Fourth
Asian Para Games, National Paralympic Committee President (NPC) Dr. Ghafoor
Karegary today visited the Para Table Tennis camp at Tehran’s Shahid Azodi Stadium.
Accompanied by Dr. Saeid Solgi, NPC Deputy
for Sports, Mehrdad Ali Ghardashi, the Head of TTF and Dr. Sima Limouchi, the technical
team manager, the delegation explored the facilities dedicated to the Para athletes
to be sent to Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
During the visit, NPC President held a friendly meeting with the presence of athletes, coaches and the head of the federation. Athletes and technical staff then discussed their requirements.
A total of four Para Table Tennis
players -including Hasan Janfeshan, Mahdi Rezapour, Naser Dehghanpour, Erfan
Gholami- will represent Team Iran in Hangzhou. The 8-day camp which will be concluded
on September 18th, is running under the supervision of coach Majid
Ehteshamzadeh and assistant coaches Hamid Ghorjehdaghi and Freidoun Kamrani.
