Iranian Para Cyclists will start their last trainings before Hangzhou Asian Para Games (APG) on October 1st..

 

Iran NPC, Tehran: A total of four track and road Para Cyclists, including PI and VI riders, will commence their final preparatory camp in Tehran, ahead of Hangzhou Asian Para Games. Training sessions get underway at Azadi Velodrome from Sunday, 1 October 2023.

Organized by National Cycling Federation in partnership with Iran NPC, the camp is running under the lead of coaches Alireza Makvandi and Farhad Osfouri until 16 October (before the squad’s departure to Hangzhou).

The riders at the camp are as follows:

Mohammad Dalir Heidarabadi (B), Reza Rashno (as Sighted Pilot), Mahdi Mohammadi (C5) and Behrouz Farzad.

Iran seized one cycling bronze medal at 2018 Asian Para Games.
