Iranian para shooters are to attend the 22nd round of national training camp from Wednesday.
Iran NPC, Tehran: With the
countdown to the opening of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games underway, national
Shooting Para Sport is to set up the last stage of the APG’s preparatory camps in
Tehran from October 4 to 16, 2023.
A total of six
Para Shooters are to join the training sessions under the lead of head coach
Hossein Amiri and coaches Zeinab Agha Aliakbari and Ebrahim Rahimi at the range of Azadi Sport Complex.
The shortlisted para shooters for the camp are:
Nasrin Shahi, Seyed Mohammadreza Mirshafiei, Sareh
Javanmardi, Roghayeh Shojaei, Masoumeh Khodabakhshi, Faezeh Ahmadi.
Iran’s para shooting squad snatched three gold and one
silver medals at the 2018 Asian Para Games.
