National men’s squad enter the final Hangzhou APG training camp today.
Iran NPC, Tehran: Men Goalballers join the last stage of the national
preparatory camp of Hangzhou APG, which is held in Tehran from today (October 11th).
Shahid Harandi Sport Complex host a
total six players with a vision impairment under the lead of Head Coach Bahman
Doustivala and Mohammad Karam Koulivand.
The players shortlisted for Hangzhou APG reads as follows:
Khalil Shahriarnasab, Milad Soori,
Mahdi Abbasi, Mostafa Shahbazi, Hasan Jafari, Nematollah Sarafraz.
The camp has set up by Iran Sports
Federation for the Blind in partnership with NPC, and it will last until October 16, 2023, before the
team’s departure for Hangzhou.
The squad have won gold in 2010,
silver in 2014 and again gold in 2018.
