The first training camp of Paris 2024 PI Para Swimming launches today.
Iran NPC, Tehran: Staged by Iran Sports Federation for the Enabled in partnership with NPC,
a new Para Swimming camp starts today (25 Nov) in Tehran. The camp aims at
athletes’ preparation to be qualify for Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
Winning the 11 colourful medals at Hangzhou Asian Para Games, Iranian
PI para swimmers follow their national trainings at Azadi Swimming Pool until 3
December 2023.
Sina Zeighaminejad and Shahin Izadyar
are the shortlisted athletes for the camp who are training with Alireza Izadi
as the head coach.
Iran’s National PI Para Swimming team,
including five athletes have recently claimed three Golds, four Silvers and
four Bronzes at Hangzhou APG.
