National men’s squad started new Goalball training camp in Tehran.
Iran NPC, Tehran: a total of nine men joined the first
stage of the national Goalball preparatory camp of Paris 2024 Paralympic Games
in Tehran from today (January 13th), under the lead of Head Coach Bahman
Doustivala, assisted by coaches Mohammad Karam Koulivand and Ali Akbar
Abrishami.
The camp has staged by Iran Sports
Federation for the Blind in partnership with NPC at Shahid Harandi Sport
Complex until January 19, 2024.
The VI roster for the camp, reads as
follows:
Mostafa Shahbazi, Hasan Jafari, Mohammad Parnia, Mahdi
Abbasi, Mohammad Mahdi Nafisi, Khalil Shahriarnasab, Milad Soori, Nematollah Sarafraz.
Iran’s men won the IBSA Asia-Pacific
Goalball Championships title and secured a Paris 2024 Paralympic Games
qualification slot, held in Hangzhou, from 10 to 18 November 2023.
