National VI Para Athletics has staged the third preparatory camp in dozens of different cities across the country.

NPC, Tehran: Seven top team members of national VI Para Athletics are
preparing for Kobe 2024 World Championships from January 21st.
A total of
seven top athletes with vision impairments started a 25-day training program on
Sunday in their cities to prepare themselves for upcoming events including, World
Championships and Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
VI Athletes at
the camps read as follows:
Hajar
Safarzadeh, Amir Khosravani, Sajad Nikparast, Mahdi Olad, Saman Pakbaz, Ali
Pirouj, Amir Hossein Alipour.
According to
Iran Sports Federation for the Blind, the training sessions are underway under
supervision of the national coaches, including Hamid Farzinbagha, Zahra
Alizadeh, Alireza Mehr Safovati, Amir Mohammad Solhmirzaei, Mohsen Pakbaz, Omid
Mohammad Mohammadi, Mostafa Bahrami and the trainings include every day
on-court sessions following by strength and conditioning trainings
until 14 February.
The 11th edition of Para Athletics World Championships will be held in Kobe, Japan on May 17 to 25, 2024(at
Kobe Universiade Memorial Stadium).
