Iran squad grabbed 14 colourful medals at the Kobe 2024 Para Athletic World Championships.
Iran NPC, Tehran- Team Iran’s Para Athletics concluded 12th on Kobe
2024 medal table with four golds, five silvers, five bronzes and 14 medals in
total at Kobe Universiade Memorial Stadium on Saturday (25 May).
The squad also added two more Paralympic quota places for the country at the events. Iran Para Athletics has already secured 18 Paralympic spots for Paris 2024 Games.

The nine-day 2024 World Para
Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan came to an end on 25 May 2024 and the US
finished top of the medal table with 33 gold medals and 87 in total. Brazil (with
19 golds & 42 medals in total) and Uzbekistan also (with 7 golds & 13
overall) stood second and third places.
