National shooting para sport's team joined the sixth preparation camp of the
Paris 2024 in Tehran on June 6th.
During
this 13-day camp, a total of four pistol and rifle athletes are following their
training program with head coach Hossein Amiri, assisted by coaches Zeinab
Aliakbari and Ebrahim Rahimi Sangari, at both shooting ranges of Iran
Sports Federation for the Enabled (IRISFE) and Azadi Sport Complex.
The
shortlisted para shooters for the camp are:
Sareh Javanmardi, Nasrin Shahi, Seyed
Mohammadreza Mirshafiei and Roghayeh Shojaei.
Staged by IRISFE in partnership with
Iran National Paralympic Committee, the camp aims to sharpen athletes’ skills
for Paralympic Games.
The squad has achieved six quota places for
Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
