Iran NPC, Tehran:
A total of ten Para archers started
their trainings at the seventh national camp in Shahriar County, Markazi Province, from June
15, 2024.
In an effort to boost sporting
performance ahead of 2024 World Ranking Event and upcoming Paralympic Games,
Team Iran follows its preparation program under the lead of head coach Milad
Vaziri and coaches Majid Ahmadi and Zahra Shams. Mahdi Shakouri accompanies the
team as S&C coach.
The camp roster features 10 athletes including:
Marzieh Tafazoli, Mohammadreza Arab
Ameri, Gholamreza Rahimi, Alisina Manshaezadeh, Zahra Nemati, Hadi Nouri,
Somayeh Rahimi, Farzaneh Asgari, Fatemeh Hemati, Maryam Yavarpour.
Para-Archery World Ranking Event will
be held in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic from 22 to 30 June 2024.
Iranian Para archers have secured seven quota slots for the
Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
