The first men's Youth Goalball training camp starts today in Tehran.

Iran NPC, Tehran:

With less than a year until the 2025 Asian Youth Para Games, a total of 15 men launched their training in the first national Goalball camp today (Dec. 10th) at Tehran's Shahid Harandi Sports Complex.

The roster:

Mahdi Ghafoori, Taha Keramati, Alireza Rasouli, Abolfazl Ramezanzadeh, Hossein Karimi, Abdolahad Saleh Zehi, Ali Reigi, Benyamin Ghobadi, Soroush Miraki, Mohammad Hossein Dorosteh, Seyed Taha Aghazadeh, Seyed Taher Aghazadeh, Mohammad Mahdi Ebni, Seyed Ali Mousavi, Ahmadreza Ghasemi
Training sessions will be continued until the December 18th, under the lead of head coach Mahmoud Yousefian, assisted by the national coaches Rahmat Hosseini Moghadam and Alireza Shibak.
Organized by IRI Sports Federation for the Blind in partnership with National Paralympic Committee of Iran, the camp aims at preparing the youth Goalballers for the 2025 Tashkent AYPG.

The 5th Youth Asian Para Games will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan during September- October 2025. The event is expected to feature an estimated 1500 athletes from 45 NPCs will compete in ten sports.
