Iran NPC | Tehran Welcomes Top Talent as National Youth Para-Swimming Camp Commences

Second stage of national youth Para-Swimming training camp is underway in Tehran.

 

Iran NPC, Tehran:

The second round of national training for the young Para-swimmers with a Vision impairment (VI), has officially kicked off (from 15 Jan.) at Shahid Harandi Sports Complex in Tehran.
A total of 14 talented swimmers have been selected to participate in this camp.
 The lineup includes Seyed Erfan Jafari Pakdel, Abolfazl Moradi, Seyed Amir Sobhan Jamshidi Monfared, Amirali Ghasemzadeh, Amirali Golmohammadzadeh, Mohammad Taha Bagheri, Parsa Nouri Abkouhi, Seyed Younes Razavi, Abolfazl Heydari, Amir Mohammad Farkhondehzad, Ali HonarvarSepehr Houshamandi, Mohammad Ali Kazemi and Mahdi Goveini.
Organized by IRI Sports Federation for the Blind and Visually Impairment, this camp aims at preparing VI athletes for the upcoming 2025 Asian Youth Para Games.

Mohammad Hassan Ghadimi is leading the training sessions as head coach, assisted by including Bahman Shakoori, Bijan Piriyaei, Mohammad Esmail Farahbakhshi, Ahmad Rastad as national coaches.

 The camp will run until February 3rd.
