Dear Mr. Karegari

Thank you for your message and for your sharing the immense pride in NPC Iran's well-deserved recognition by the IPC with the 2025 IPC Women's International Day Award.

It is truly inspiring to read your words. The Paralympic movement continues to play a vital role in building a more inclusive world. And NPC Iran has demonstrated remarkable dedication to advancing Para sport, particularly for women. The demonstration and achievement of your para-athletes are truly commendable, with Sareh Javanmardi and Zahra Nemati serving as outstanding role models, not only for female athletes in Iran, but for athletes worldwide. As Iran welcomes a new year, I extend my sincere best wishes for continued contribution to the Paralympic movement and for good health and success to you and the entire NPC Iran team.

Best Regards,

Andrew Parsons
