The reigning Paralympic and World Champions Iran wrapped up pool
play at the 2022 Men's Sitting Volleyball World Championship with a clean sweep
of Croatia 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 25-16) and reached knockout phase.
The 16 participating teams are divided into four pools for the preliminary phase of the competition. Team Melli had drawn along Iraq, Kazakhstan and Croatia in Pool B and had earned three successive victories in preliminary round.
Iran is scheduled to play Japan today. Japan finish pool play winless at the bottom of Pool A.

up yesterday at Sarajevo 2022 with teams jostling for positions in the bracket
of the 'Round of 16' once the knockout stage begins today (7 November).
