Iranian Blind Football camp commences in Shiraz today, today on July 10th.

Tehran- New round of the 7-day blind football
trainings has been staged by the National Federation and NPC’s partnerships, under
the lead of head coach Javad Felfeli, assisted by coaches Meisam Shojaeian,
Mohammad Mahdi Rafiei and Hossein Mojahedian.
The 19th national
camp reunites 13 players, 4 coaches and 3 staff in Shiraz between July 10 to
16, 2023.
Iran Blind Football
training program aims to follow athletes’ preparation for upcoming events,
including World Championships and Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
The shortlisted players for the camp:
Mahdi Taleei, Hossein Rajabpour, Kambiz Mohkam, Ahmadreza Shah Hosseini, Alireza Izadi, Alireza Bakht, Morteza Karimi, Seyed Saeid Mousavi Pirmoradi, Hojatolah Mazareei, Sadegh Rahimi, Saleh Khesali, Mohammad Amin Rahimzadeh, Morteza Ramezani.
Men's
and Women's Blind Football World Championships are set to be held as part of
the 2023 International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) World Games in
Birmingham. As a qualifier for the 2024 Paralympic Games, Blind Football World
Championships due to take place at the University of Birmingham from 18-27
August 2023.
Being
hopeful of making a successful debut at the Asia, the Iranian blind football squad
is also preparing for Hangzhou APG, which will be held from 22 to 28 October 2023.
