Iran Blind Football National Team have been drawn in Group D of the 2023 Birmingham World Games.
Iran NPC, Tehran- Team Iran will face the title-holders Brazil in his opening match of
Group stage at the 2023 IBSA Men's Blind Football World Games.
Groups and schedule (time in CEST, UK time -1) have been announced for Blind Football
in the 2023 IBSA Worlds and according to draw, Iranian men's
national team has been drawn in Group D with Mexico, Tokyo bronze
medallist Morocco and Brazil.
The five-time Paralympic champion Brazil is also the current World Champion, after defeating Argentina by 2–0 in
the final of Madrid 2018.

Blind Football Worlds Fate
Group A: Japan, Italy, Thailand, Turkey
Group B: England, Germany, Argentina, China
Group C: Colombia, Spain, France, Mali
Group D: Iran, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco
The championship will start on August
15th, and the final will be played on August 25th at 6.30 pm. The male edition
gives three slots for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
A record number of 228 players will
participate in the Blind Football World Championships.
All the matches will be played at the
Bournbrook 3G pitch (Birmingham University Campus).
