IRI Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs in his meeting with Asian dignitaries announced Iran’s readiness to host international para sports events.
IRI Minister of Sports Dr. Seyyed Hamid Sajjadi along with the Chairman of the NPC and NOC Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa in his Monday meeting with APC President Majid Rashed exchanged views on the issues of mutual cooperation and development paths of Paralympic Movement.
In the meeting, which took place at the ministry headquarters in Tehran, Dr. Sajjadi expressed his satisfaction of the activities implemented by Iran NPC to hold National Paralympic Day.
“the honorable ranking and medals of Iranian Paralympians in world and rejoin achieved by the endless efforts of Iran NPC” Dr. Sajjadi also added.
Praising Iran National Paralympic Day, Majid Rashed, the APC president emphasized that development of Iran’s Paralympic Movement has been strongly affected by the efforts of Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa as the Chairman of the IRI NPC.
Afterwards, Majid Rashed presented the APC’s Honorary Golden Badge to Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa and the meeting was concluded by IRI Minister of Sports and APC Presidents exchange of symbolic gifts.
In his three-day visit to Iran, the APC president attended in the 15 fifteenth National Paralympic Day, toured the IRI Sports Museum and also visited IRI National Academy.
