Iranian Zahra Gholamzadeh secured a
Paris 2024 berth in Mixed 50m Rifle Prone SH2 at the Al Ain 2022 World
Championships.
Scoring 618.3 in the qualification
round, Gholamzadeh reached to Elimination stage and ended with a record of
618.7 in R9- Mixed 50m Rifle Prone SH2.
She secured the third spot in
Paralympic Games for Iran’s Para Shooting National team.
The two other quotas secured by P2 silver
medalist Nasrin Shahi and Seyyed Mohammadreza Mirshafiei (P1) in the previous days.
The Para Shooting World Championships
is running from 6 to 17 November in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
