Iran’s chess squad boosts performance with the new national camp
According to the I.R. Iran Sports Federation for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the national chess training camp begins in Mashhad city on 10 March.

 

An eight-day national chess camp, which has been started on 10 March 2023, is being organised by the IRISFB, in cooperation with the NPC Iran for the Men and Women’s squad.

The trainings aim at the preparations of twelve blind and visually impaired athletes for the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.

 

Men invitees are:

Amir Rabi, Majid Bagheri, Mohammadreza Alizadeh, Alireza Ghourchibeigi, Hamzeh Mosleh Rashtabadi, Majid Bagheri.

Men’s squad is leading by head coach Ali Akbar Hodhodi and coach Behrouz Moradi.

 

Women invitees are:

Leila Zarezadeh, Samira Aghaei, Malihe Safaei, Fatemeh Rahimi, Atefeh Naghavi, Maryam Rahimzadeh

The women squad trains with head coach Shadi Paridar and coach Manizheh Hadad.
